Det finns nu en stor anläggning i Stockholms skärgård för konstutställningar, och den anläggningen samspelar intimt med naturen. I huvudrestaurangen har golvet byggts runt ett av första skären när landet höjde sig efter inlandsisen. Anläggningen heter Artipelag.
There is now a large establishment in the Stockholm archipelago for art exhibitions, and that establishment is intimately interplaying with nature. In the main restaurant the floor has been built around one of the first skerries when the land rose after the inland ice. The name of the establishment is Artipelag.
Inte underligt att museet öppnade med en utställning Genius loci som på svenska fick heta Platsens själ.

Ekholmsnäs öster om Stockholm var under många år hemvisten för en hängiven konstsamlare, Sven Harry Karlsson. Han var son till en byggmästare, utbildade sig till muraremästare och utvecklade sedan företaget så att han byggde upp en förmögenhet
Ekholmsnäs east of Stockholm was for many years the residence of a dedicated art collector, Sven-Harry Karlsson. He was the son of building contractor, became a licensed mason and developed the company in such a way that he could build a fortune.
När han närmade sig 80, beslöt han att flytta till centrala Stockholm. Vid Vasaparken byggde han ett stort hus. Det innehåller lägenheter, och han flyttade till en av dem. Han gjorde också plats för en konsthall, Sven-Harrys Konstmuseum, och en restaurang mot parken.
When he drew near 80, he decided to move to central Stockholm. By Vasaparken (the Vasa Park) he built a large house. It contains apartments, and he moved to one of them. He also made room for an art hall, Sven-Harrys Konstmuseum, and a restaurant facing the park.
På taket av det nya huset placerade han en replik av bottenvåningen på Ekholmsnäs och gjorde den till ett nytt hem för konsten han njutit av där.
On the roof of the new house he placed a replica of the ground-floor of Ekholmsnäs and made it a new home for the art he had enjoyed there.

Men den som förför en av dessa små som tro på mig, för honom vore det bättre att en kvarnsten hängdes om hans hals och han sänktes ned i havets djup.
